1. Introduction

Welcome to Bella Illusion. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

We offer a range of services, including but not limited to:

• Event and wedding decorations
• Catering services
• Dress alterations
• Item rentals (e.g., chairs, tables, centerpieces)
• Floral arrangements

3. Booking and Payment

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure your booking.
• Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee of $50.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Client Cancellations: Cancellations made 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
• Company Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we must cancel, a full refund, including the deposit, will be provided.

5. Changes to Event Details

Any changes to the event date, venue, or scope of services must be communicated in writing at least 30 days prior to the event. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability. Additional fees may apply.

6. Rental Items

• Usage: All rental items are to be used for their intended purpose only.
• Damage or Loss: Clients are responsible for any damage or loss of rental items and will be charged the full replacement cost.
• Return: All rental items must be returned in the condition they were provided, by the agreed-upon date and time.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and ensuring that the venue is accessible at the agreed-upon times for setup and teardown.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the event, except where caused by our negligence. Clients should ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials created by Bella Illusion, including but not limited to designs, plans, and photographs, remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Client Conduct

Clients and their guests are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff and property. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund in cases of abusive or unlawful behavior.

12. Website Use and Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information on our website, Bella Illusion is not liable for any errors or omissions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and are not responsible for any technical issues that may arise.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to disable or terminate user accounts on our website at our discretion, especially in cases of misuse or violation of our policies.

14. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Bella Illusion reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas.
